Extremely competent dentist - your money does not go toward maintaining luxury facilities - and that's the way it should be! He's personable, extremely trustworthy, does not do cosmetic dentistry such as veneers so you will not be pushed into spending on that kind of dental treatment. Flexible scheduling as well.

Dr, Spiegelman is an excellent dentist. He is also very caring and thorough. Dr. Spiegelman has provided me with both routine and complex procedures, and has been instrumental in cordinating resolution of an extremely difficult tooth infection. I give him my highest possible recomendation.

Dr. Spiegelman is my regular dentist and has filled cavities and done the usual exams.
He's very down to earth, informative and knowledgeable. His "bedside manner" is excellent. I appreciate that he does NOT spend a lot of money on a fancy office--I'd rather pay for the service, not the decor.

I've been going to him for about 10 years and find him friendly and accommodative. Although I have little teeth-related problems, I can tell he knows his stuff and I'd have no problem with him doing any sort of work that might arise.
About Hygienist: He does his own work. Imagine, a dentist that actually looks at your teeth!

Dr. Spiegelman is terrific. He's thorough and professional. He won't recommend a specific specialist unless he really knows the specialist's work. He actually returns phone calls himself. He works well on the insurance front, too. He showed up for my appointment even though several feet of snow had just fallen. He keeps up with the lastest in dental care and focuses on solid, healthy dentistry, but isn't really interested in purely cosmetic work. He's not especially interested in the waiting room decor, either, but the place is certainly very clean and comfortable. He does talk a lot during appointments and doesn't mind sharing his opinions, but I find that interesting!

Dr. Spiegelman was recommended to me by a friend. He's a very nice guy with not the most high-tech, but still clean and pleasant facilities. I went to him once for a dental cleaning. Maybe I'm overly sensitive, but I wasn't able to chew comfortably for several days afterward. I grew up with a dentist who had hygenists do the cleaning and maybe I was just spoiled, but the pain was such that I haven't been back.

I am still looking for a good dentist. I always leave dentist offices' feeling like I was shopping for a used car and this one is no different.

I am not sure Dr. Spiegelman knows what he is doing. He is certainly receptive at first...after he messes up he shuts you out and doesn't want to hear about it. He should stand by his work and admit when he is wrong. I am sure there are much finer and more honest dentists out there.
