I've been seeing Dr. Tran regularly for a few years and finally after decades of searching for a regular dentist, I found one. He's attentive and always provides excellent service. I rarely submit reviews, but felt inspired to do so because of what Dr. Tran just did for me on his day off. My temporary crown fell off due to my own carelessness. Realizing that I was nervous about waiting until Monday to have it looked at, he quickly offered to come in to the office - despite it being a beautiful day and his day off. He did not chastise me at all (even though I deserved it) and was very helpful and did an excellent job replacing the crown. To me, this is priceless. I have a dentist I trust who will be there for me in an emergency.

Dr. Tran is the best dentist I've had yet. Good chair-side manner, pain-free dentistry, friendly staff, etc. -- an all-around great guy and office. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Dr. Tran by a friend of mine because I had chipped on of my front teeth. I live in Maryland so I was a little hesitant about driving to DC but I'm so glad that I did. He did a beautiful job and was so gentle. You can't even tell that my tooth was ever chipped. Since then I have been a patient for the past two years. The front desk is also very friendly. I will NEVER go to another dentist. He is the best! I just found out about this website and I had to share my expierence with Dr. Tran.

Dr. Tran is a great dentist. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. I've been to him for a few procedures and was always very impressed with his openess and expertice. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a dentist.

Dr. Tran treated about 7 cavities of mine over the course of 3 or 4 visits, and I couldn't be happier with the services he provided. Not only was his assistant pleasant and friendly to communicate with, but Dr. Tran also aims to be more than just your dentist. On my recent visit for a checkup/cleaning, he asked me about things we had talked about a few months before. This only adds to the easy, relaxing environment he provides.
Before every procedure, he carefully explained what he would do, and he made every effort to ensure it was painless (topical numbing agent prior to the shot, too). The clean, modern-looking office, the soft music in the background, quiet accomodations, and even the picture of the sky on the ceiling above the dentist chair are evidence of the extra efforts this office makes to make the patient feel comfortable and relaxed.
The follow-up is also worth-noting. He tries to answer any questions I have regarding caring for my teeth (in terms of preventative care). I asked him about specific rinses, tooth paste and brushes, and he gave me examples of what to do and use. He also reminds you of next checkup.
I also recmd. him to a couple other friends, and one of them is now a satisfied patient of his.

I have been to several dentists and Dr. Tran is definitely the most pleasant. He takes the time to explain whatever treatment I may need and is very thorough. It is not just in and out like other dentists. Chairside manner is very good. I have referred people to him.
