The awesome service started when I called in for an appointment. the staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor greeted me and I got my X-rays taken right away. we sat down afterwards and went over the treatment plan.

About Hygienist: I was seen on time, and the hygienist spend a good deal of time cleaning and giving me advise.

I found Dr. Yalch through the hotel I was staying in while in washington when i needed emergency treatment for a broken bridge. He was extremely friendly, and willing to undertake difficult treatment on a weekend without support staff and provided adequate and accurate information about his recommendations for treatment ensuring at all times that I did not feel pressurised into anything I couldn't afford. He provided a temporary bridge which enabled me to enjoy the rest of my stay for $500 which was appropriate given the time taken plus the weekend fees etc. He also provided a lot of encouragment about my particular dental issues and suggestions on how to improve my situation. I was hugely impressed with not just his treatment but his friendliness and willingness to do whatever was necessary to help me.

Very competant dentistry, but at a price. Facilities are not especially nice. The older dentist who started this practice was more frlendly. The nurses do go out of their way to be kind and welcoming.

Dr. Yalch is an expert dentist. He takes a conservative approach and will not try to push you into extra procedures you don't really need. He was easygoing and listened to my concerns, and did a great job. His front desk staff are also pleasant and helpful with referrals, scheduling, etc. I highly recommend him.

I am rather pleased with my experience with Dr. Yalch, and with the service and treatment that he administers.
I prefer it when he administers the cleaning, and do not mind one of his two dental hygienists.
As for his office staff, the receptionist/office manager has been unwelcoming and gruff with me on a number of occasions, and while I understand the need to be firm and efficient, I find her manner rather off-putting.
