I was very impressed with Dr Factor and his staff. He was very knowledgeable and he is sincere as well as honest. I would go back here without hesitation. He was kind, gentle and very accommodating! The office staff are friendly as well. Overall a good experience for something that no one ever wants to have to do! They turned it into something pleasant!

This is one of the kindest Dr I know. He has the patience of a saint his office staff is truly the best. Who ever talks negative about him does not know what they are talking about, I rate him the BEST especially if you have anxiety problems. Had a 3 root canal.
About Front Desk: The front desk is the best also great team love them

If you're filthy rich and don't care about being treated with respect, this is the doctor for you. If you are looking for a clean sterile environment you came to the wrong place. The office is old, outdated, and smells like dog. The dog smell is due to the fact that there are not 1 but 2 dogs running loose throughout the office. There are other specialist who are just as qualified and much less expensive. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find another specialist and forget about Dr. Factor.

I was the type of patient that feared the dentist and an office visit was always a tense undertaking. Then when in need of a root canal I was refered to Dr. Factor. From the time I was greeted by his wonderful staff I felt at ease. Dr. Factor took the time to consult with me and keep me informed on every step of the treatment process and ensured all my questions where answered. During the procedure he took great care to make sure I was in no pain and comfortable. His dedication to his craft and the sincere care he gives, makes the dentist a welcomed relief not a scary propasition. I would definitiley reccomend anyone to Dr. Factor. Thanks Doc for the expert care and kind graciousness you and your staff gave to me during the entire process.

Dr. Factor was able to squeeze me in for an emergency root canal. Two in one year actually. The reason for the 2nd one was due to not listening to him the 1st time. It was the least painful (by a large margin) of ANY work, other than cleaning, that has been performed on me. The office atmosphere is so open and relaxed, it's like visiting Dr. Uncle. The cost, with insurance coverage, was well below expected and other dentists upon research. I highly recommend Dr. Factor and staff for any dental needs.
