Dr. Abdel-Fattah really cares about his patients. He is very empathetic and helped me work through my TMJ problems. He has a great sense of humor and has a great staff. The office was clean and relaxing.

Dr. Fattah treated my TMJ from 1993-1996, and it was a complete success! As long as I continue sleeping with a night guard I am 95-99% symptom free!

My story is imp. so that people in similar situations learn something and that is, if you have to ask if you're being mistreated, you are.
I went to Dr. A-Fattah b/c he's on co. dental plan, or was. he pulled 2 wisdom teeth & did a good job but the dirty appearance of office & older equipment scared me. Roots were shallow & he pulled well IMO & i overlooked what normally would make me run.
I left w/ bleeding mouth, no antibiotics, no painkillers & my pharmacist was upset to see me in a line afterwards. i thought it normal.
I returned & my idea of poor treatment towards me con't. Dr. A-F asked why I'm 33 & still single & many questions i won't repeat that had 2 do w/ being female. His front desk person calls people names. Rude is understatement. When Dr. A-F was in a bad mood (common), he took it out on that person, ass't & me. I had followups, then teeth cleaned, saw too much blood, & went to other dentist w/ in 24 hrs. It ended.
.I' have good teeth & i'm logical. I thought I did something 2 make this man angry. Wrong! his personal questions were wrong. he's a bitter man. Talk to your ins. co b4 putting up w/ this. Ask around, look at an office, trust yourself. u should be treated liked a person. Ins. came 1st 2 him..

This office is a dump. Dr Fattah has absolutly no chair-side manner. I have spent more that five hours in long procedures with him. He is extreemly impatient, rude to his assistants and myself!, and does not care about patients concerns, needs, or fears. I am left now with an extreem about of jaw pain and a bite that has never been worse. The only positive thing to say is that his staff is nice but I cannot imagine he keeps them long.

would recommend to a KING! However, since I am a working person like the most of us, I would recommend this Dentist highly... Please see him first or at least for a second opinion.. He is a FIVE STAR dentist with professionalism and integrity that is unmatched... He does what needs to be done..
