horrible office staff AND, when facing a painful emergency, was told that unless I was able to pay for the (previously recommened full set of xrays and model - $365), they would not treat me - they DO NOT DO EMERGENCIES, unless you've followed their treatment plan. Since when is being poor a valid reason for a DOCTOR not to treat a patient? I was fully prepared to pay for whatever was needed for this tooth emergency. Sorry, Dr Jones, not everyone can afford a dentist. And, when did "healing" take a back seat to $$ ? Because I called him on it, he "DISMISSED" me as a patient.

Being new in town (Boca Raton) in 1972, I sought out a dentist with whom I could build a relationship. There were not many dentist practices in this once small town. I walked into the office of Dr. William Jones, and I knew I was at the right place. I've yet to see the professionalism he displays from any other physician. Not only does he know his craft well, but his judgements on such things as teeth shades for replacements and crown work are outstanding.
As my life has moved along now 33 years later, I'm only able to afford to see The Good Doc seldomly. My insurance plan does not cover much of the work. As a result, I've allowed my teeth to fall into disrepair. I would like him to make me feel proud of my mouth and smile again, but the cost is too prohibitive for me. As a public school teacher, I just barely cover the costs of roof and food. But the old adage is true, "you get what you pay for." In my opinion, Dr. Jones is the best at what he does, and he's a decent human being. Finally, the staff at his practice are not novices. They are extremely capable and attentive. This is my recommendation. If you want professional denistry done right then see Dr. william Jones.
