He is very inpatient, flapping his hands up and down the hall when angry. He gets inpatient with patients and has no bedside manner.

I made my appt. to see the dr. three weeks in advance and when I showed up for my appt. the door was locked. I thought that was impossible, I had an appt. After two minutes of trying to open the door someone opened. She asked me who I was and when she found out who I was she said the office tried contacting me. I was furious, I couldn't believe what she was saying. I checked both my cell and home phone and nothing indicated they called me. There was no missed calls or voicemails. I demanded her to give me the number they had on file. She refused and closed the door on my face. I asked her for her name and title and she said she was the wife of the doctor. She was rude and unprofessional. She didn't give me the information I wanted. I wasn't given the proper cancellation notice. I feel that since some doctors' offices charge patients for not given them a 24 hour cancellation notice that patients should be given something for the doctor's cancelling without a 24 hour notice.
