dr Oppenheimer was referred; job was done same day I came in; manager Elizabeth quoted wrong co-pay amount; delta dental quoted lower co/pay;,manager insisted I pay double amount of co-pay; it took delta d 12 months to appeal how much m and o should have really collected in co-pay; root canal still hurt months later; wasn't able to see doctor open why it hurt as manager is inflexible; doesn't work with pats with health insurance and doesn't provide estimates for any work done, except collect payments up front and if there is a refund you wait many months while ddental takes it sweet time to figure it.
About Front Desk: front desk is clueless; manager seems friendly is insincere and over bills patients and issues refund late!!!

I had a root canal done in the Aventura office that failed within couple years. I saw Dr.. Openheimer twice after that for retreatment opinion, I did not recieve definite answer, was charged nearly $200 every time for the follow up. The office is old and outdated, does not have the latest dental equipment. If you need a root canal, save yourself time and money and seek out a good endodontist.

I was treated by Dr. Oppenheimer for several root canals on different teeth over the last 5 years. Each and every time Dr. Oppenheimer clearly explained the procedure to me, the cost, and my expected recovery. He put me ease and made me feel comfortable right away and the procedure was truly painless. I have sent numerous friends and coworkers to see Dr. Oppenheimer and all of them have had a similar experience.

Dr. Oppenheimer is the embodiment of professionalism. His care was out of this world and really lived up to his reputation of being a "painless dentist". The state of the art technology used in his office was great and his staff was a pleasure to work with. Overall I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. There is no more qualified dentist that Dr. Oppenheimer in South Florida!

Rude, condescending, totally unprofessional and obscenely belittling to his staff in front of customers. Total lack of "bedside manner" and refused to answer procedural questions in an intelligent, informative, friendly way. If you have a choice, go elsewhere!

I was referred to Dr. Oppenheimer by my dentist and the recommendation couldn't have been better. His staff is very professional, the office is extremely clean, no waiting he explained the procedure, the price and was ready to preform at that time. He was not expensive and I would go to him again if needed again , his bed side matter was excellent his office helped with the insurance and with the amount of main that i was in that was gone at minute notice
