I went to see Dr. Glerum earlier this year using a Living Social coupon. The office is clean, and the staff is nice enough. However, Dr. Glerum told me at least twice to make sure i tell my friends about her. I thought that was inappropriate since I was a new patient. She seemed very eager to sell more than focus on my teeth. The most disturbing part is that she told me I had 4 cavities, and I was surprised because I had been going to the dentist at least annually before my visit with her. I went to Dentaland this week, and had a full set of x-rays done, and they confirmed I had no cavities. Dr. Glerum had only down the bite wing x-rays, and I was informed by 2 dentists that you cannot accurately conclude cavities from these types of x-rays. I would just say that f it doesn't seem right, then just get a second opinion.

I went in for sealants for my teeth. I had no pain or complaints other than my sealants cracking off. She insisted that I need a crown and several other fillings. I now having EXCRUCIATING pain where the crown is that radiates down my jaw with hot, cold, hard....I may need a root canal now. She tried to sand it down, but after putting me through pain of sanding it with no anesthetic after I told her it was painful, it did not help....hence, she proceeded to sand down my good tooth on the top to cause issues with no help. I also now have pain on the other side where she put a filling. I have never had pain in my mouth before until IMMEDIATELY after I saw her. I am not sure how her cosmetic procedures turn out, but her dental work is way below par. I am reporting her to the board. I do not recommend her to anyone and there are far better dentists in the area that I have researched out.
About Hygienist: The hygienist she had working with her when she was installing my crown (with no other way to put it) did not know what she was doing....maybe she was a student, but I am not sure. She would not follow directions from the "dentist".

Dr. Glerum and her staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My family and I have have several different services with Dr. Glerum. We have had gum treatments, crowns and fillings. All of us were very satisfied and are staying with Dr. Glerum. She makes dentistry almost fun!
About Hygienist: The dental hygienist, Alina, is wonderful. She is very caring and thorough. She even called me the next day after my gum treatment to see how I was doing. That is personal service.

Dr. Glerum is a very nice, and professional dentist. Dr. Glerum has fixed my smile and I would recommend the doctor's work to anyone.
