Had bad tooth w/deep hidden cavity & smelled bad, needed treatment on. Called this office for exam, xrays & ask them please make my appt long enough to fix my tooth because I was driving an hr. They made my appt for a wk later. I walk in on my appt day, signed in. Ladies up front in the middle of a gossip conversation about another asst in back, so I interrupted by telling them my name. Lady held finger up to tell me to hold on so they can finish the conversation. Never said hello, welcome, anything just handed me clipboard. Waited 30 mins to go back. It was freezing, the rooms were open and nothing was private. Informed the dentist about stinky painful tooth, they xrayed all teeth and he informed me it just needed a filling and they didn't have time that day to fix. SO, a wk later & an hr drive this dentist shot a syringe of numbing in my mouth UP IN my sinus cavity! It felt as if jalapeno pepper juice was shot in sinus. How do you give a shot in a sinus cavity when it's a LOWER tooth? Filled it, hurt me, took my copay. It took 3 days of painful nasal rinses to remove the burning. Night of appt I was in more pain than before I went in. 4 days later I went to another Dr had to have rootcanal. Roberts put filling on top of pulp
About Hygienist: My tooth was very infected! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn't have given any stars if I didn't have to, but I had to give a least one star or I couldn't submit review. The dentist that did my rootcanal didn't charge for xrays and exam because of my pain and troubles and did the rootcanal the same day I went in for appt.

Nice and attentive, has a great staff. Very clean and luxurious facility.
