About Hygienist: Shirley is wonderful, very kind and numbs you gums. She helps me to get up and pumps the chair and give me my kane. Opposit of Pattie. I love Shirley and Shai. all are sweet accept Patty. My tooth hurt and I thought I needed a root canal from Dr. Wayne (husband the man Patty screams at in the hallway (DoctorK said) but after cleaning the pain was gone as It was plack. Shirley deserves a better place to work so does Shai. Shai apologized for Patty and said that Dr.Kearney would "do right by me" Julia said I was their all time favorite patient because I was funny and kind. Patty thinks kindness is weakness.I asked Dr.Kearney why Patty's husband doesn't get her some help during 2 1/2 hr on phone about abuse by Patty I had when she apologized and was going to fire Patty and put her in a lab somewhere. She won't give me a refund to go elsewhere for that one little partial if I tell what is going on with Patty screaming at Dr.Wayne that she doesn't get enough respect from him, passive agressive behavior, not numbing gums so needle wil. cause severe pain. Dr.K screaming and running to save me from strangling on vomit and paste. Shirley is so normal, well ballanced mind, kind and won't hurt you. Dr.Kearney said that Shai was so angry and wanted Dr.Kearney to fire Patty for hurting me but I don't know if Kearney is being blackmailed or why she is so afraid of Patty and she told me that she is the roughest, toughest, with the meanest and nastiest mouth and Dr.Kearney is so right but enables her to hurt anyone who she thinks can' t defend themselves like me. A predator if you will. Dr.Kearney did not hurt me accept for time Patty delibertly did not numb my gums when dr. screamed at her but still did nothing like fire her. Patty said I swallowed it and stompted out Dr.K said she feel like she is running a day care center and Patty is child with problems. Patty is not a child (about 50) and it feels more like a psychiatric unit to me. I just want to get a refund and get my partial before my teeth move. A state agency worker told me that it was "classic elder abuse and Dr.Kearney was the enabler" and he is exactly right. This elder abuse has to stop but Dr.Kearney will not stop it. She could end it in a couple of seconds.I don't know how her husband tolerates Patty screaming at him in front of everyone. I told Dr.K that she is putting her marriage in jeapordy but she owns the business and says that Dr.Wayne can't fire Patty only she can. I do not get it. I just want a refund and for her to get Patty a job in a lab so she can hammer out teeth I told Paty this also.It is NOT a safe place if Patty does not like you but If Patty likes you you will be ok. She talks to Dr.K like she was a dog whom she hates and Dr.K tolerates it.???Dr K ran and screamed at Patty to let me go I was vomiting and strangling on mold but still Dr.K won't do anything about abuse. I asked her if she was not afraid of someone dying and loosing her licence but she just keept saying that she was going to "step up to the plate and fire Patty" but she backs down. This colum is about Shirley and she is the best Hygienist I have ever met. She will not hurt you.
