My review has nothing to do with the DR himself, who I actually have never meet, and it looks like based on his reviews hes a wonderful compassionate Dentists. My complaint is his front desk staff, I walked in and was trying to communicate who I was and what I was in fact there for and the very rude young woman, proceeded to say " WHATS UP" I was SO Disrespected and distraught as to the way I was treated. I am in the Dental Industry and was there for a different reason, but to me Customer service is so key, I am actually new to S Florida and actively looking for a Dentists near where I live. My hopes is that the DR will find out how poorly represented HE is by having people like SHE at the front desk.

I had an accident and broke my front tooth in the gum. Went to a different dentist 1st, where I spent 4 hours, got quoted $5000 in expenses and left frustrated because of the waiting, and then I was told they need to call a specialist in. Then I made an appointment ad Dr. Bilodeau, I was done in 45 minutes, and the pricetag was $2300, no specialist needed. Today I got the extraction done and the temporary tooth in, took only 2 hours. I was given 3 shots for numbing, barely felt any and they were all inthe gum and the roof. He is an excellent dentist, very friendly and caring.
About Front Desk: I had to call before my appointment with a problem, and Lisa consulted the Dr right away and called the pharmacy for me for meds. She was aslo very nice and friendly each time I called.

About Hygienist: I just scheduled my 1st cleaning with her, but her appointments are booked for weeks, which indicates that she must be good.

Dr. Bilodeau and staff are by far the best dentistry I have taken my family too. I highly recommend them for adults and children.

Dr. Bilodeau is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He is very thorough, crowns,, matching color,,and fitting... And I am meticulous about my mouth and teeth.....He is the best in Florida,, I saw several before finding him............Anne Marie Jeffrey

Dr. Bilodeau is great. His staff is so friendly and I actually enjoy going to see him. He is very conservative and never does anything he doesn't feel is required. To top it off, he is extremely good looking. Everyone I know goes to him!
