Greatest dental experience ever! They make you feel so special, as if you were part of their family. The office smells and looks beautiful. The staff is super friendly. And both Dr. Tom and Dr. Joy are very thorough, taking the time to answer any questions you may have. Glad I found you guys!!

They upcharged extra procedures and digital testing for my bite which cost 192.00 on top of the initial consultation and a half set of X-rays which I was charged for a full set. My goal was to remove my old silver fillings and replace with composite and that was not what I got. They were trying to sell me everything under the bridge!!! I paid 525.00 for an office visit as new patient which included 9 X-rays ( not full set) and consultation which did not include the dr reading the X-ray and I was told I needed to set up another appt to go over the X-rays . This is unheard , I spent over 1 hour in the office and had nothing done. I was also told that I needed to pay 436 for a cleaning because my teeth needed extra cleaning. The office manager Gonzalo was very rude when I questioned the prices. He became very defensive and raised his tone of voice. I will be reporting to the American dental society due to unethical practices. The next day I went to another dentist had a full set of X-rays exam, regular cleaning , changed my filling to composite and also sealed 3 teeth and it cost much less. More importantly I was told my teeth& gums are totally healthy and I never needed any deep scaling or crowns.

I think this group is the most loving, caring, highly competent professionals and staff that I have ever experienced in my long life. You wouldn't think somebody would honestly say that they love going to the dentist, but I now do.
Dr. Tom did a full mouth rehabilitation on my mouth. Everything turned out as planned. His attention to detail is remarkable. I'm very happy with the results
