I heard about PPM mouthguards and what they can do for people who are active in the gym. After researching and learning about the PPM's, I came across Dr. Kolos. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge on the mouthguards.He answered all of my questions and really helped me understand everything the mouthguard could do for me. The entire staff was very warm and friendly and very professional! I felt very comfortable and confident in Dr. Kolos and excited to see how the PPM could help me in the gym. Since then, my performance in the gym has changed drastically. My strength, flexability, and cardiovascular endurance has increased dramatically. I highly recommend Dr. Kolos to anyone.
