Very bad experience for my wife here at Dental Concepts (Nirav Patel DDS), they convinced her saying procedure for her is covered by the insurance we had, when my wife asked quite number of times before she actually got the procedure done. After a week they called back and said that the procedure is not covered by insurance and so have to pay $500. My wife felt like she was fooled. I called insurance guys and found that the call they had from Dental Concepts didn't have any mention of the procedure codes to get the info if it is covered or not. Just saying cause I don't want anyone else to get fooled. On top of it, it is just a month my wife went to this place and we got call from these guys literally threatening that they will send the bill to collection agency.As someone said already they don't care about you at all, allthey care about is billing. I say avoid this guys if possible..........

Nice office but overall was not to happy with the customer service. Doctor arrived 20 minutes late and seemed like in a hurry to finish my work.
