I was referred by another dentist so I thought I would get good care here. I was wrong. I had a root canal done and continued to have horrible pain after the procedure. When I came back I was told there was nothing wrong with the root canal and offered no assistance. My regular dentist told me I had to have the root canal redone. However by then I was involved in a full blown billing dispute with this office. I was quoted $756 for the root canal and agreed to this fee. When all was said and done I was charged over $1100. When I called to complain I was treated horribly by the front desk. I simply asked that the fee I was quoted be honored. This did not happen. This dentist went as far as calling me himself to tell me that if I did not pay the difference immediately he would not treat me. It was a direct threat. I was shaking when I got off the phone. I have never had any kind of medial professional behave this way. I finally had to pay somone else to pull the tooth in addition to what I paid here.

Dr. Neil Baker is FANTASTIC. His staff is friendly and professional. I recommend him to everyone. My root canal procedure was the most calming experience I have ever had at a dentist. Totally painless and quick.

Dr. Neil Baker was very professional yet kind and comforting. His staff is the best dental staff I have ever come across.
I am hard to numb and he numbed me right away. The root canal was very non traumatic. God Bless Him.
If you need an Endodontist, he is your man.

Who raves about a root canal?
Very professional and efficient. Superior after care documentation and followup. I believe pain and discomfort were minimized.
He is highly recommended by my dentist , (whom I recommend) Dr. Ribacoff of Plantation.
