I went to Dr Frankel with so much pain in my mouth. He was recommended by a friend and so I gave him a try. My experience was wonderful. His staff are very warm and welcoming. They could see I was in a lot of pain and they were very comforting. I need three root canals and four teeth fixed. I was so pleased with how proficient, patient and explanatory Dr Frankel was with me. I will recommend Dr Frankel to everyone I know. He was not expensive and even gave me a discount. Thank you again and again Dr. Frankel.
About Front Desk: The front desk girl was so sweet and patient. The office was clean and looked new. I look forward to going to my dentist now, when I was apprehensive in the past. Thank you

Dr. Frankel was by far the most honest and caring of them all. He resolved all of my problems quickly and effectively.

I brought 2 of my children in to see this dentist. It was very difficult to make an appointment and the the staff was dismissive on the phone after they learned I had healthy kids. The office was cramped and dirty.We waited for at least 1 hour and 20 minutes. The hygienist was OK but did not want me to stay in the room with my 3 year old? Because he had a medical condition, I insisted and this was a big deal. I was treated like a criminal. I thought it was very strange and it made me feel uncomfortable and suspicious that they wanted the child in there alone. Against my instincts, I had already let my 5 yr old go by himself. The "cleaning" lasted less than 5 minutes and it consisted of flossing and not much else.

Very professional caring denist who works with you and provides the best services I never fellt like Iwas being rushed but did great work will go out of his way for his patients
