Ted Schwartz doesn't deserve the respect to be called a doctor. He has ruined my life by performing a root canal on an absessed tooth that would not get numb because it was so infected. I was in so much pain and after multiple unsuccessful shots of Novocain,he continued drilling. The pain and fear was indescribale. He yelled at his nurse and I that this wasn't his fault, he claimed that he gave me enough shots for 3 people, he said I was resistant to the anesthetic, he knew i was in excruciating pain and scared to death but he still continued. I screamed for help and his receptionist would not let my driver come back to the room. She said sometimes this happens and everything was fine. My nurse in the treatment room worked for Schwartz for 15 years said she's never seen anything so bad. I was violated by a man with an electric drill holding me down in the chair to finish a root canal he never should have started without antibiotics for the infection. He should have stopped when begged over & over"please stop". Schwartz has a reputation for being a good doctor with bad bedside manner. For me it was assault. The infection spread throughout my body and almost killed me. Ater 2oral and 3major sinus surgeries to fix it,I'm still here

Dr. Schwartz did a root canal. Still was experiencing pain and swelling after the work was done. Got it checked by Dr. Schwartz, and I asked if it was possible he missed a fourth canal, and he said no, everything was fine. He ground down my tooth and said that would take care of it. I went to see another endodontist, who said I needed to redo the root canal, he found a 4th canal. My mouth was infected and swollen. After the 2nd root canal by the other endodontist was done the swelling began to subside and my mouth is now healing. I got a refund from Dr. Schwartz for the entire procedure and will NEVER go to see him again. Not only is his work as an endodontist sloppy but his attitude was defensive and harsh.

Had root canal 6 years ago and tooth always felt a little sore. Had to have root canal redone and Dr. Schwartz broke my tooth during drilling. He charged the same price as first root canal. When I complained about the charge and the broken tooth, I was told that he did the work and expects to get paid whether it fixed the problem or not.
