Read Reviews for Dr. Eric Rieger
the crown was not done well at all. new dentist says it's not laying flat and it'll need to be replaced within a year or two. also he badly cut my mouth with a tool during a typical procedure and he tried to say I bit my mouth on the guard or something which was absolutely ridiculous. he also halfway pays attention to the tv and comments on the gameshows whiles he's working on you. he thinks he's funny but half the time it's just inappropriate. like another person's review that I just read, I also have the office trying to collect more money from me months later. I'm not paying them another dime.
Front desk:
About Hygienist: my new dentist complimented my teeth in reference to the fact that my last cleaning was done very well. so apparently the lady in dr Rieger's office is good at what she does. he definitely is not.

very bad experience, workers keep asking to charge more than the insurance would cover, damage my teeth, consider litigation, would advised other people to stay away

He has kept me waiting more than an hour twice (irst thing in the morning appointment - he was just late to work) and has completely stood me up two other times. When work I needed done by the dentist and not his staff he barely is in the room with me a minute and was rude to me. Another time I sat in the dental chair 45 minutes, with the bib on, and he sat in office right down the hall chatting with a co-worker. I had to leave the chair twice to inquire on the doctor. I finally gave up and went down the street to another dentist who I just love.
When I left I took 3 other people in my office, who were also patients of his, with me to the new dentist.
