All of the staff is very professional and has excellent customer service. I always receive a friendly courtesy call reminder for my appointment. Dr. Mark Abood and his partner are very polite, well mannered, and caring. All of them make you feel comfortable and right at home. I highly recommend this facility to any person. The office is very very clean and nice-5 STARS!
About Hygienist: The hygienists Kathy and Laura that I've had expereince with are such dolls...they're not just there to clean you're teeth-they are family! I highly recommend this facility to any person. The office is very very clean and nice-5 STARS!

Dr Mark Abood and his partner, Dr. Teresa Abood, both have a fabulous chair side manner. They are both very polite, very knowledgable and exteremely considerate. They speak intelligently and respectfully to their patients and appreciate any feedback that they receive. All the procedures that my husband and I have had have been painless and successful.
The office is also incredible!

Dr. Abood has a wonder chair-side manner. Every one in the office is very friendly and helpful! I have always hated going to the dentist but I look forward to my cleanings now and I am not nervous if I have to have any work done. Dr. Abood is very gentle when he is woking in your mouth.

I have gone to 5 dentists in Jacksonville, FL, and found Dr. Abood the best. He does not insist on unneeded work such as everyone must have deep cleaning before becoming a patient. He does what is necessary only and his pricing is reasonable.
