Truly a Spa-Like Dentistry sans paraffin and massage (I prefer these treatments at the spa, thank you). Music and TV options, scented candles, fresh hand towels in restroom, comfy pillow, etc are wonderfully relaxing details that do make a difference. An appreciated detail -Greeted by Melissa, a patient guide and much more than an assistant. She is definitely an asset! She asked background questions in a comfortable office setting and proved knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Dr Caven is very friendly, great sense of humor and has no problem putting the most anxious person at ease. He showed me pictures of my teeth and explained each one, the issues and causes. He is all about making your mouth and teeth 'right', not just temporarily fixing something that will need to be redone in a short time frame. He truly spends time (really!) with you and addresses your needs. Melissa is also available to answer ?s and concerns. The entire staff offers 'Above and Beyond' customer service and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr Caven to anyone that needs a little more hand holding and anxiety relief received in most other places, and believe me, I have been to a few.

I am not a huge fan of Dentists, as they have always made me feel uncomfortable and nervous...but after my first consult with Dr. Caven, I was more comfortable then I ever imagined. He charges a realistic cost, about average of the other dentists in town, but his office is always sparkling clean, and he has the great talent of calming you down..
I don't look forward to my next visits, as I will never fully enjoy going to the dentist as I do the mall, but I am not at all nervous or anxious about it anymore, either...
