I should have went with my first instinct and not had my root canal done there. I was not in pain prior to going to the office and had no other issues other than the fact that I had a cavity. Another dentist had told me that I might not even need a root canal.. Just a special filling. I told Dr. Rousseau this, and he said, oh you need a root canal' just from looking at an X-ray. He never looked closely at my tooth before doing the actual work.. 1 hour after work was done, I called office to tell them filling was coming out. They told me Dr. Rousseau had left to go on a trip and I could make appt for his partner to take a look Another Day as partner was out today. I call next day, and told them after brushing my teeth more filling seemed to come out, and I also noticed a piece of my tooth (with decay still there) broke off. Note. I haven't eaten anything hard at all prior to this. They had no sense of urgency. It told her that I was available after 10am any day, and got an appt to see the partner 7 days out. Can you believe this? they ruined my tooth, and could care less it seems. What exactly did I pay for? It seems I now have a tooth in worse condition than when I went($1500.00 for what?). I am very dissatisfied and disappointed

About Front Desk: The girl with the blonde hair. I believe that her name started with an 'S' made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't go with my instincts and just leave and keep my cavity until I found some place that I felt comfortable with. She is not friendly and I felt that it was an effort for her to answer simple questions. She represents the dentist office, and it is not a good first impression to me. she has as much personality as a wet paper towel, and should not be greeting customers. Also, the doctor's assistant who was there made me feel uncomfortable too. She was the one who I spoke with about the issues, and I felt as though she felt that they could do not make mistakes. Well based on my results, the price doesn't match the service, and I want to write a lot more, but the site has a limit on how many characters can be used. An appt. several days out after I communicated the issues? Why couldn't she squeeze me in to accommodate my request given the issues i communicated? I feel real uncomfortable about the level of service and the customer service Sucks!

Young lady at front desk should not be there. She is not friendly and acts like it is a task to answer a question.

About Front Desk: Very impersonal. One not friendly (blonde); the other lady was very nice ( brunette)

I ended up having to pay another $1400 with another dentist AFTER my $1500 root canal with Dr.Rousseau. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, some people just want to take your money.

I had an infection in my my back lower tooth. He got in there, did what needed to be done, this tooth never bothers me anymore!

This was my first visit to Dr. Rousseau's office and I was very pleased. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Rousseau was very professional and pleasant. His skill is amazing. He is extrremely competent and I would highly recommend him. He is the best! Linda

There was virtually no pain when Dr. Rousseau conducted my root canal. I've had a few experiences with other Dentists and their assistants not working well together. I was quite pleased that Dr. Rousseau and his assistant were in synch on what to do during the entire procedure. They coordinated the entire effort while keeping me comfortable. The administrative staff had great personalities and was able to work with me on a payment plan. I highly recommend Dr. Rousseau to anyone who wants to be in a pleasant environment and want the procedure executed correctly the first time.

Dr. Rousseau did a great job retreating a root canal on a front tooth. He was very professional, friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rousseau. A root canal is as pleasant as possible in his chair.
