Dr. Helen Sempira's work was so meticulous I had a pain free root canal. Based on the damage to my front tooth I had to have two separate procedures. Despite my fear both procedures were pain free. I did not need sedatives nor pain killers. I believe my positive experience is a direct reflection of her quality of work.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff was extremely supportive. I was scared and they made me feel very comfortable. (And normal) Scheduling and billing was easy. They were all professional and friendly.

I had a tooth that was giving me serious persistent pain. The only way I could prevent the pain, was to keep water in the back of my mouth, on the tooth. After suffering the majority of the day. I gave Dr. Sempira a call in the early evening, she immediately diagnosed that I was in need of a Root Canal. She asked if I could make it over to her office around 8:00 pm.. Dr. Sempira and her associate, drove back over to her office on an emergency call to perform a Root Canal. This being my first time to have a Root Canal procedure done made me some what anxious of the unknown. However, Dr. Sempira and her staff put me at ease once I arrived and performed the Root Canal in a professional timely manner. The entire process went very smoothly and I applaud Dr. Sempira and her staff for their professionalism. I highly recommend anyone in need of such services to contact their office. Bravo ! Paul

Chatted whole first visit with the assistant about their friends, ignoring me and not fully numbing area even after several nova caine injections Second visit asked that she explain as she went what she was doing and make sure area was anesthisized. Still felt pain and she continued chatting away about her friends sociall lives with her assistant. She made me so nervous I wanted to jump out of the chair. Very unprofessional.

I needed a root canal on a very narrow front bottom tooth. She did it masterfully! I was so stressed about the Dental Procedure and Dee-Dee her assistant was so amazing at helping me relax, calm and proceed with a near pain free experience. Dr. Helen was wonderful to keep me apprised of what was going on as she did it. This was so helpful to me!
Dr. Helen and DeeDee are a 1-2 combination of talent that cannot be beat!

Performed root canal and totally missed a root. Within six months went to another dentist who was able to remove that root and save my tooth. Incompetent and arrogant! The other endodontist was less exspensive. She offered no solution.

Three root canals. Dr. Sempira is competent and caring. When I continued to have sensitivity in one tooth, Dr. Sempira re-did the root canal at no cost. She also insisted on follow-up visits at 6 months and one year, with x-rays, at no cost to me.
Highly recommend. Great with insurance claims, punctuality, and great staff.

Had never had a root canal. Dr. Sempira and staff made sure I was well-informed regarding all that would be going on before the procedure. During the process, Dr. Sempira would let me know what she was doing, if it would be a bit uncomfortable, made sure I was not feeling any undue discomfort. After the surgery, was given very thorough post-op instructions and many assurances that they were there by phone, even on the weekend should anything come up. Was given prescriptions, if needed, for pain or undue swelling. Didn't need the prescriptions. Had almost no pain. Took some ibuprofen, at far less than the recommended maximum dosage. Had to chew on opposite side of mouth for a while, but all was good. Excellent communication by staff regarding the follow-up appointment. Overall, considering what this was all about, a very pleasant experience. All questions answered. Super courteous and friendly staff. Nice, not ostentatious office. Recommend highly ! ! !
