I've been satisfied with Dr. Sandell since I moved to PBC in 1980. Unlike by prior dentist, he has never hurt me. I have no implatns or crowns, just general care.

The first time I saw Dr. Sandell was about in 2003. Found him to be accurate, more than competant, etc. After a general work-up he said I needed some fillings and a root canal with crown. Also HE, himself did the thorough cleaning.
Summer of 2010 I started having tooth pain and chipping teeth. So I returned. It was hard to believe this was the same dentist I was so satisfied with in the past.
His prices and recommendations were very exhorbitant now...his usual pleasant personality completely changed, He did pull 2 teeth however. One tooth that he filled started to crumble apart about completely in about 2 weeks...eventually became infected. Needless to say ...I am seeing another dentist now. I cannot recommend him anymore.
