Dr. Arellano is a friendly, skillful, and honest dental professional. He explains everything clearly. I always hated going to a dental office. But there I felt very comfortable and stress free. The receptionist is very nice and professional. Yes, "Professional" is the word that I would use to describe his office. It's hard to find another one in the city, whose quality of service is as good as Arellano's.
About Hygienist: I saw Virginia for teeth cleaning. She is a very friendly and highly experienced hygienist. I visited many different hygienist before, and she's the best I've ever seen. Very responsible and caring. If not because of my bad dental plan, I would definitely come back to this office, and be their loyal patient as long as Dr. Arellano and Virginia are both here. :) But the other hygienist who saw me once is also good too. The assistants are friendly and shows very good manner. I just love this office.

Thanks to Leo Arellano I am now faced with a $35,000 dental bill. I trusted him to fix my teeth, instead he did irreparable damage. His constant gum trimmings and teeth pullings left me now with no recourse except major, major dental repair. When subsequent dentists asked for my dental records, he claimed that they were burned in a fire in his office. Every dentist I have gone to since, has asked me as to who did this "dental work." There is one tooth he had insisted on pulling, and I did not allow it. This was 10 years ago. Now, dentists tell me that this is a perfectly good tooth. (no cavities, nothing, even 10 years later!) Who knows how many perfectly good teeth he did pull?
If my dental records had not burned (who knows if that is even true?) I would be seeing an attorney now, and I would have a case.

During my first consultation visit with Dr. Arellano he was very friendly and seemed genuinely interestsed in my dental health. He was very professional, as is his staff. The hygenists are friendly and the receptionist is very professional. I've only had general check-ups and cleanings and have had minor discomfort had no future problems. I love that I can schedule my appointments 6 months in advance, and that they remind me via mail the week before the appointment and via phone the day before. He is relatively expensive, but I believe he's worth it.
