Although Dr. Berger is efficient and thorough, there are times that he approaches dental cases in a less-than-friendly manner. Many members of the staff are cordial, but if you happen to be unlucky enough, you will find a few dental hygienists to be absolutely horrendous. A few of them even go so far to accuse you and blame you for your dental problems. Overall, I do believe that Dr. Berger himself is a decent dentist who really looks to help you both medically and cosmetically. Some members of his staff, however, make the dental experience a bit stressful when it doesn't have to be. I should single out the billing and receptionist staff members, who are always polite, respectful and extremely accommodating. It's really unfortunate how a few rotten apples can ruin an office with such potential.
