Having a root canal is overall not pleasant, so you would think that the Dr. would be more sypathetic to this----boy was I WRONG !!! Dr. Stein was very unprofessional and had horrible chairside manner! He came in and started to numb me that's when it all started---he's rough and didn't really care that I was hurting. I asked him to give me a minute to regroup from the pain and he handed me some headphones and told me to put them on and relax in a very stern tone. Maybe I have this opinion from the fact that my general dentist doen't use force when doing procedures...but, I have talked to several others who would also NOT recommend this Endodontist for root canal therapy!
