I'm going to piggy back off a few of the other reviews. Dr. Johnson was phenomenal. I cannot believe how fast and painless my procedure was. His robotic expertise was quick and painless. I'm still in awe. Although I knew he was going to examine me, I didn't realize he was going to perform this procedure on the spot , I had to ask his assistant to make sure I had a Root Canal.

Dr Johnson has an incredible process that is well honed like a robot. I watched as he performed in a highly synchronized exchange with his assistant, checking off every step in the process with speed and precision. Most importantly, I never felt any pain whatsoever in my first and only root canal. Dr Johnson is so good I would let him take out all my teeth and give me root canals throughout. What a pro!!!

Great experience! No pain, took a short time. I literally had no time to worry about what I was having done. Staff was awesome as well.

Dr. Johnson is a truly compassionate professional! No one wants to be in the chair for a Root Canal. But knowing you are in the hands of someone who is going to go above and beyond for you can help tremendously!
I went into the office for a consultation but was in major pain. He was able to get me into his busy schedule that day. When I had a question over a sat night we were able to reach him immediately. Not through an answering service, the doctor directly!
He worked with me to find the problem, always listening intently and patiently. He has never made me feel rushed. He has even worked to educate me on why I am having this problem and how to fix it without just throwing meds at it.
This is a tough choice to make but you should definitely call North Fulton Endodontics for a consultation before making your choice.

I went in for a retreatment. He failed the treatment because the infection was still present months after. When I went back twice to go see him he never fully explained that it was not successful and that it will heal in time. Gave a false statement because there was no way that after months after retreatment that the infection was going to go away on its own- provided by many endos. Ended up getting a third surgical root canal somewhere else. Horrible. He always seems like he's in a rush to get patients out of there and doesn't answer all the questions either. Do not recommend.

OK, I just moved to Georgia. So I went to a dentist that was near where I lived and covered by my insurance. He told me I needed a root canal. He said he could do it right then and there if I wanted to save the time. He warned me that I should take care of it right away.
I thought I should get a second opinion so I went to Dr. Johnson. Guess what? I did not need a root canal at all. Dr Johnson had me scheduled for a root canal, but he ran a few tests and did a few x-rays. No need for a root canal!
He could have easily drilled away, but instead he told me the truth.
He's a good man and I'll go to him for any other problems I have.
Highly Highly Recommended!
(Moral of the story: Always get a second opinion!)

My experience with dr johnson has always been professional. I had another root canal and didnt hv any pain the following day. I would recommend him and would not go to anyone else.

I am very satisfied with entire experience. I have seen Dr. Johnson for three Root Canal's. Each time everything went great, he knows exactly what he is doing and the last time I was embarrassed because I actually feel asleep during the root canal.
And I don't like dentists, but he makes you feel at ease, his team is first class and really friendly. If you need a root canal, then see him because he is efficient, he does not hurt, and not doing it will make it worse.
I do not like dentists, but mine is very good and Dr. Johnson is the very best for root canal work in Georgia.
I am really scared of dentists, if I say there was no pain, there was NO PAIN!
Go to him and you will not be sorry, this is all he does, he does it well. I would not say this if it was not so, he did not hurt me the last three times I saw him and I hope to never see him again. But, if I ever need a root canal, I know where to go.

Was very worried after hearing horrible stories from friends about their experiences with root canals. Dr. Johnson made me feel comfortable! I did not like getting numb (I HATE SHOTS) although he made it as painless as possible. The root canal was easier than my crown. I will never have a root canal done by another doctor! Thank you Dr. Johnson!
