Dr. Klugerman is a very nice and professional doctor. She takes great care in making sure there is little pain. I am very sensitive and she has given me several shots of novicane and only charged me for the standard two most people get. This is for every visit. I have had her do many procedures my other co-workers have had done at other dentists and Dr. Klugerman's results are less painfaul, quicker and nicer than the others. I have turned almost my entire office to her and they love her. Her staff is just as friendly. You can tell they enjoy working there and every time a customer walks in they know the person's name and ask questions about them without looking into a file. These people really care about what they do.

Super skilled dentist; always up on modern techniques and information. Very precise and doesn't accept less than excellent outcomes. Always pleasant disposition. Office staff are helpful and competent and pleasure to deal with. Work hard to get appointments to meet your schedule and will call you if an alternative opening appears.

Lovely doctor but scheduling problems with incompetent staff occurred with every appointment. How difficult is it to schedule a cleaning and see the doctor on the same visit?? Not very but somehow her office couldn't get it right. Main complaint -- due to doctor's screw up in not advising me for over 5 months that I needed a root canal before starting work on a bridge, a simple bridge is going to cost me more money and my unused insurance benefits were wasted! Dr. and her staff were well aware that I had remaining benefits that would have covered the root canal in 2009 leaving full benefits for the bridge in 2010 but they waited until January 3rd of the new year to give me the news. She was very apologetic but that doesn't help my checkbook! Not only that but a "flipper" that I had to pay for myself because it wasn't covered by the insurance never fit properly. Again, very apologetic and more money wasted. Advice -- stay away.

Dr. Klugerman began my treatment in 1983, I was in my early 20ties. My teeth were in terribly decayed and neglected.
With great care and patience, she treated me and my husband. At the time she was not certain how many of my teeth could be saved. She treated and educated us for several years. We moved from Miami. I still have all my teeth. The restorations she prepared still last today. She was the first dentist that I was able to trust and who disliked pain as much as I did. She had a great attitude towards this chicken of a patient.
My hat off to you Dr. Klugerman! The Coley's
