Horrible dentist, Rushes through treatment, Only cares about the cost. I filed a complaint for overcharging, Filling fell out within days. I had to seek emergency treatment from another dentist. The worst dentist ever.

I went to her for a regular check up and it turned out after xrays.. that I needed a rootcanal and a crown. in which she charged me close to 1,600.00 dollars .... after a horrible time taking the impression of my crown it took 3 weeks for her to have my crown ready .. in the mean time they put a fake tooth that fell out twice .. while waiting for my crown to come in..!!! then when they finally call me to put crown on .. the measurement of the crown was wrong so i had to wait another week for another crown,,,, then finally .. they called me in again,, and put the crown on.. by the way the crown still didnt fit correct ,, i got tired of returning to her office so i left crown at that!!! in other words my crown was never perfect..then i go back again six months later to have a regular teeth cleaning .. and it turns out that turned into a night mare ... she said i had 8 cavities ... and that i needed another root canal .. to make a long story short.. she quoted me 3000.00 to fix my mouth.. how dare she .. take advantage of people like that ... i never went back..... those things must have been already there in my first xrays and she over looked them..I wasted my $

I visited her office for the first time last week to have my teeth cleaned. NEVER AGAIN. The office's facilities were poor, old-fashioned and worn-out. The dentist herself, who saw me before the hygienist did the cleaning, was not delicate at all. The staff showed lack of professionalism in all ways. For example, when the dentist Dr. Vivian Valdes checked my teeth, she did it in a very non-delicate and rushed manner and when she talked to me it seemed like she sounded like a guy selling hot dogs in the streets of NYC. Her dental assistant was taking down notes in the computer and repeated what she was writing down yelling. This facility has no private rooms, it's like an emergency room in a hospital - all dental offices are wide-open and have no walls separating one from the other. The worst thing of all is that after she checked my teeth, she told me that my cleaning was covered by my insurance, but as I was leaving the office, once the job was done, the receptionist stopped me saying I had to pay. Surprise! This cost me $73. This highlights her lack of professionalism in dealing with patients. I truly do not recommend visiting this dentist if what you want is an honest, delicate, and above all professional doctor.

She is the best, my kids love her they nerver cry with her. They come out of her office happy and feeling good about them selfs.
