got a Groupon deal for this clinic, so I went there to have a check up and a cleaning, Honestly the staff and the reception were ok. But the real problem is with the owner of this business the dentist, he asked me to step to his office right and start asking me about my background and about me which at first sounded nice, but then he tried oversell his services for me and telling me how imp for me to get some procedures and that he provide the cheapest rates ever and I should do it right away no waiting like NOW!! I told him I'm a student and I dont have dental insurance so I will do it step by step, he replied "Listen I will make you a poor man but will save your teeth" anyway I did't buy any of his nonsense, and I asked for a copy of my x-rays to show to my dental doctors friends and/or to get another opinion, when he heard that he suddenly became dry and change his face he was like ok if u need ur x-rays u have to pay extra 25 bucks and u have to wait...anyway to make the story short, please DON'T go to him go to any respected dental practice or you can go to the university hospital where they care first about the patient then the money. I feel sorry for him being old in this age and still running after money

I bought the LivingSocial deal and arrived for my appt. a half hour early. They actually took me a half hour late, so I waited a full hour. The nurse took bite wing x-rays and then insisted I watch a video on Periodontal Disease (she claimed everyone must watch it). Next, I met with Dr. Ziegler and he throw a hard sales pitch about why they're great and how someone even drives 3 hours for them. He uses a 'we love a personal touch with our clients' approach. Next he barely put the tool to my tooth and in an obviously fake exaggeration, he proceeded to explain how I needed an $1100 cleaning to avoid periodontal disease. Now it made sense why they insist on people watching the video. It's a scare tactic for a predetermined plan to get you to pay the money for the cleaning. To top it off, he twice stressed he was going to waive the $300 fee for the additional x-rays and even winked like some sleazy used car salesman. Avoid this place, find yourself an honest dentist.

I had an accident 6 months ago that caused me to fracture my front teeth. I needed to have root canals, implants and veneers done. Dr. Ziegler's office was great. I was able to have all that work done in one office. I HIGHLY recommend his office, doctors and staff.

I had a molar crowned with Dr. Zeigler. He was very friendly, and the procedure was reletively painless. If money was no object I would continue with this dentist. He explained that he was less expensive than many dentists but I believe I can find good care for a less.
