I recently had a root canal with Dr. Taylor. I have had a root canal once before in my life and was surprised at how simple and pain free it was; however, this was my first root canal with Dr. Taylor and I will never return to her office. From the moment I stepped in the door the receptionist was rude and the environment was iry. I was completely shocked when the doctor never bothered to shake my hand and was even more shocked when my discomfort during the operation resulted in me being yelled at for moving. I was in lots of pain throughout the procedure and never once felt comfortable or had any idea what was going on. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone because of her consistently unprofessional manners, her hostile attitude and the amount of pain I was in.
