Went to his office about a month ago for an emergency. Gave them my insurance information and they told me they participated. When I got there the receptionist did not even acknowledge me at all. After 15 minutes of me waiting they finally give me paperwork to fill out and I am taken in. The assistants were very cold and rough as I explained my right side was swollen and I was in pain. The doctor comes in and on top of the fact I could barely understand him as he had a thick accent he was very aggressive and he acted as if I wasn't worth his time. All I wanted was for him to pull the tooth. He kept trying to push me to do an implant and when I told him I could not afford it he became visibly upset and walked out of the room. Finally a lady walked in telling me an astronomical amount just to pull a tooth. I just walked out and I reported them to my insurance. Beware!!!!!

My tooth still hurts. Went to another dentist and found our i have a open space on my crowm. He also made me feel uncomfortable. He was very full of himself. Will never put my care in his hands.

Best Dentist in Orlando He moved to a New Location Larger, Office staff Super Friendly from the moment you walk in, Ana and Sarah were courteous and knowledgeable. The Hygienist Julia Ann, was the Best hygiene experience I have ever had, and Dr. Mora-Rosa is always caring and great at explaining everything, Julia Ann took some photos of a few issues I was having, that is simply the Best technology and she's extremely knowledgeable and educational. Best experience by far, Great team.

About Hygienist: Julia Ann is the Best Hygiene experience I have ever had, and I've been visiting dentist since my teens. I would absolutely recomment Dr. Mora-Rosa and his staff with complete confidence. He has taken care of my oral health for over ten years and has done an excellent job. I have had cleanings, fillings, extractions, implants with minimal discomfort. They have responded to several emergencies with immediate care. The staff is friendly and capable. When I moved and tried to find a dentist I could trust and was unable to, I now travel about an hour each way with no hesitation. The take care of insurance for me. Always pleasant and friendly.

About Front Desk: Diane has been working for several years at the front desk and is very friendly and is flexible with working with my schedule; and calls without fail to remind me of my appointments.

About Hygienist: The last time I went it was a new hygenist who proved personable, thoroughly cleaned my teeth and very knowledgable suggesting help for dry mouth.

!excellent caring, professional office. I'm never ever nervous about getting cavities filled, they do such a great job. I highly recommend them, they're the best I've ever been too.

Dr Mora Rosa and his staff are warm and welcoming and took very good care of me. Its great to go to an office that is friendly and there's no waiting around in the reception area. I'm seen on time, everytime! Dr Mora Rosa is very gentle and the work he's done in my mouth looks and feels great! I never had such a good experience going to the dentist!

About Hygienist: great cleaning! Rhonda is awesome!

Dr Mora Rosa is gentle and caring and took care of my mouth as if it were his own. The surgery he did to expose my tooth for my orthodontist was painless and the result was beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and accommodating and it shows with a very soothing and welcoming atmosphere!

About Hygienist: Rhonda is wonderful! My teeth never felt cleaner!!!

Dr Mora Rosa is an awesome dentist (painless) and very patience. He explains the process with details and the results are always excellent. His staff are courteous.
