I had such a bad experience. The office is one big room. Cut into sections no real rooms for privacy. Tge doctor was rude and yelled at me. The assistant just as bad. They sent me to a surgent.. And no big surprise after waiting at surgents office hr and half later the referal wasnt even filled right. I will never go there again and dont rexommend anyone to them.

Super bad experience with my son. When I took my son to see this dentist, he was only 4 years old. My son needed a filling. Dr. Song came in the room and told my son to open his mouth, my son was nervous, so he didn't open his mouth right away. Dr. Song left the room without saying anything. We waited there until his assistant came in and told us that Dr. Song was not going to do the filling because my son was not opening his mouth. Are you kidding me, this Dr. just asked my son once to open his mouth!!! So rude of the Dr. leaving the room without saying a word to us. Made us wait there for his assistant! That's is just so unprofessional and that tells you the kind of Dr. that he is.

Had the worst service by a dentist ever. My daughter did everything for the assistant and the dentist tried all of under 5 minutes with her and just left the room. I f you don't have the patience to work with a child then don't see them!!
