About Front Desk: They are always very nice and helpful.
About Hygienist: Joy is GREAT!!!!!! She takes her time when cleaning your teeth. Does a great job. My teeth look and feel great.

Royal palm dental associates have been my dental office for 17yrs.
Dr. Goldberg has always taken the time to listen to my dental issues and give me the options for the treatment I needed.
The treatment plan we chose was a success and I have a great smile!
Anita at the front deskwas wonderful in working with my insurance. Staff is great!

Dr Goldberg and staff are great at what they do, but it's almost impossible to get an appointment without waiting for 3 months or more. This has a huge negative impact and I feel that they need to either take on fewer new patients or give followup appointments a higher priority. Their inablilty to manage their app't schedule caused me to require an extraction when all that was needed in truth was a timely appointment to permanently cap a root canal.
