Very competent, efficient. Listens! Pricey. Excellent facilities and equipment. Can be a little preachy at times.

Good practice in general. Customer service is great. Cat, the receptionist is a very good profesional. They keep a record of everything related to your teeth and make sure that you are well educated and follow up with your cleaning routines. So far I only had cleanings and once an emergency that they addressed in a promptly manner and with good care. Dr. Freeman always comes to say hello and to check that I had a good service and no concerns. He takes his job very seriously and makes every effort to keep your mouth healthy.
On the other hand, you need to keep track of the costs because they add up very quickly. I had the misfortune of missing an appointment for a routine cleaning, and the no show up rate was $75.

I have been to Dr. Freeman since he purchased his practice from my previous dentist almost 30 years ago. He is very professional and the people working for him are, for the most part, long time employees. I suffer from extreme gag reflex and the times I have had procedures done (root canel, root planning, crowns, and fillings, and even routine cleanings) Dr. Freeman has utilized many techniques that have reduced or eliminated the gagging, even though they were less efficient for him and his staff. He gives a thorough explanation of my conditions and treatments and I have never felt rushed.
His office is very modern and soothing with music and TV videos (Friends, among others) for watching during procedures. He has recently installed the most up to date digital x-ray equipment..
I am most impressed with the hygientist, Palou, who has cleaned my teeth and taken x-rays for many, many years. Palou (who only works on Fridays) is always asking about my comfort during cleanings and x-rays, and is very gentle.
Dr. Freeman is located in the middle of the San Francisco Financial District. Although his office is not as convienent as his previous office, I will continuing seeing him and his staff.

Dr Freeman is very meticulous and methodical. I have learned so much about dentistry from him. His staff is very professional and caring. I especially enjoy my cleaning sessions with Paolo on Fridays.

Dr. Freeman has been my dentist for 8 years now and I cannot possibly be more satisfied. I highly recommend him!!!

He was ok, certainly friendly and happy to give nitrous. I didn't feel like i could trust him 100% and definitely felt like he was "selling" a bit.

I've been going to Dr. Freeman for 5 years. To my surprise, I agree with all 3 of my previous readers' reviews - the good ones and the bads! But I'd say, I'll stay with Dr. Freeman. He is somewhat pushy in selling you the dental services, but once you say no, he listens and shuts up. I think that's fair, he's got to provide service to his customers AND to generate revenue for this beautiful downtown facility. BTW, have you visited his new office in the Miller building? Very nice decore - and completes with a Samsung LCD TV over each dental chair playing Seinfield! Most important, he does great work, and explain very well on the ins-and-outs of what he will or has done on me. His dental hygienists changes quite a bit, but mostly are superb. He listens to my comments, and change as soon as he knows about my compliants. He is excellent overall. I recommend him. Oh, and Cat, the receptionist, is awesomely pleasant.
