He was polite. Office very beautiful. misdiagnosis caused me to have an infection and a root canal which I had to do @ a different dentist office. He kept saying there was nothing wrong w/my gums and teeth and had taken xrays and conducted various tests and told me to use sensodyene toothpaste and it would take care of the pain. While he never charged for the 2 visits and I offered to pay , I would have rather spent $$ and have accurate results instead of going through an extra week of extreme pain in the left side of my mouth. How he could not see what the other dentist and endondist saw on the xrays is anybody's guess....
