Sykes did a root canal, then redid the same root canal, then broke off a instrument in my tooth and NEVER said anything. I complained for years that the tooth was still bothering me & he told me "it was my imagination".
Fast forward to now, after Sykes retired, a new DDS has informed me that Sykes left the tool broken off in my tooth & that Sykes missed one of the 4 canals in said tooth, both of which might cause the pain I've been experiencing for years! I hope I can sue this crotchety old fool.
About Hygienist: Most office staff was polite & semi-professional except Sykes and the assistant who also covered up the tool in my tooth.
