I am always skeptical about seeing a new Doctor for the first time. I am new in the area and i was referred to Dr. Ricks by a Dentist who I saw as a new patient for a critical dental problem. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Ricks professionalism, attention to details, and overall manner of addressing my concerns. The procedure was performed successfully and THANKS to Dr. Ricks i am able to keep my weekend plans. Also want to complement her staff. The staff is was very polite and very intuitive in giving me all the details for the procedure that i was having. Great experience!!!!

The doctor was great at explaining what the procedure was going to be like. She was very punctual and courteous. Although my daughter was nervous about the pain she would probably experience, the doctor and assistant made sure she was comfortable the whole time. The big bonus was how pleasantly surprised we were that my daughter went straight to school right after the appointment since she felt absolutely no pain.

Linda was very nice and so patient with me during my root canal treatment. Her dental assistant was very nice, explained the surgery showed me the scans of the x-rays and walked me through the process.

Dr. Ricks did two root canals on my teeth. She was very informative, gentle and has a wealth of knowledge as an endodontist. She did an excellent job on me and I have not had any problems with my teeth. She is a very kind and caring specialist.

Dr. Ricks has done multiple root canals for me. In some cases, she has had to go behind and correct some poor root canals done by previous dentists. She is an effective communicator who, in each case, identified what my problem was and communicated what my options were. She is professional in her approach and bent over backwards to accommodate me and my busy schedule. I found her to be highly competent, very experienced and a person of high moral standards. I will never let anyone else do a root canal on me again, even if this means that I have to fly back to Illinois from another state to have my root canal done by Dr. Ricks. I would and have highly recommended Dr. Ricks to others. I've paid less for root canals and the quality of work was poor. Most time you get what you pay for and I'm more than willingly to pay more in order to get the high quality service that Dr. Ricks provides. I also appreciate Dr. Ricks calm and gentile spirit, which is very helpful for a person like myself who has a fear of dentist. Pam

About Front Desk: I've always been treated professionally by Dr. Ricks' front desk staff. They are knowledgeable about insurance and have helped me navigate the insurance maze on several occasions. They have also worked hard to squeeze me into Dr. Ricks schedule when her schedule has been full.

Dr. Ricks has been my favorite dentist for successful root canal services for both myself and my family. Her attentiveness to patients and willingness to place quality of care over costs makes her a leader in the field of endodontics. She is genuinely concerned about providing the highest level of care that is possible. Her services were found to be quite reasonable compared to other providers in the area.

Dr. Ricks is phenomenal! I called her office to schedule an appointment ASAP because i was in so much pain and she was able to make the time for me. The staff is super nice, they took the time to explain to me over the phone what medications i needed to take and what to do to minimize my pain. I have always had some anxiety when i went to the dentist but with Dr. Ricks by my side i felt safe and calm. I was pain free in less than 40 min! After the procedure was over Dr. Ricks personally called me to make sure everything was going well and if i was in any pain. This was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist's office! I can't thank her enough and her staff! <3

I went to see Dr. Ricks for a root canal procedure and she was very attentive to the fact that I'm more sensitive to pain than most people. She kept a steady flow of painkiller so I didn't feel a thing. It was actually kind of relaxing! She is the calmest person I've ever met which made me feel calm too. I would trust her to care for my parents and children and would tell anybody that if you sit in Dr. Ricks chair, you are fortunate to have such a caring and experienced practitioner attending to you!
