Dr. Witt is certainly a good dentist; however, he seems not to understand when you are feeling pain. I just had a recent crown placed and had him numb me with shots, (several times), yet I was still feeling pain. I am sure my heart rate shot up. I was sweating and feeling overall uncomfortable, however, at this point, I had already paid for the service, (a fact that becomes painfully clear - early on), and felt I was a prisoner in his chair. The actual placement of the crown was a "better" experience, and I made it abundantly clear I expected medication prior to the service, yet I was told that USUALLY, there is no numbing agent prescribed. I assure you - it was VERY MUCH NEEDED! The finished product was definitely above average, however his "bed-side manner," left a lot to be desired. His understandings of patience needs are very lacking and his pockets expect to be aligned very graciously, prior to the services rendering. I will be seeking another dental professional in the near future. One that doesn't expect payment prior to the service's completion and one that knows more about a patient’s needs, as well as one that has more reasonable rates. Isn't it supposed to be, you get what you paid for?
About Front Desk: The front desk was friendly enough, albeit not very knowledgeable. I could deal with all that, however the price was exorbitant. The sales pitch, was unusually aggressive and payment was expected prior to services being rendered - unacceptable in my book.
About Hygienist: Above average. The first hygenist I had was, (you may not think this be possible - but it is), too thorough - too aggressive. I was sensative on that side of my mouth for at least 2 months. The second hygenist was much better, and I felt just as thorough with less time to perform the cleaning.
