I don't have a fear of dentist, but if I did I would go to him. He explained every single thing he was doing, about to do, results and what to expects. I really felt he and his staff were listening to me and had a genuine investment in my health and outcome.

About Front Desk: Very nice and helpful! Easy to make appointments with, friendly text reminders and really help me best estimate how much I will owe at the time so I can be prepared.

About Hygienist: Incredibly sweet and intelligent. She walked me through all of the steps she was going to take and procedure. I felt listened to about my concerns of things i had going on and My teeth were so clean

Dentist did bridge 29 years ago lasted 25 years.. New bridges didn't even last a year. For the last time of bridge work. I tarted recording all visits. One of the employees when dentist left room said don't let him do that it won't work. Bridge chip in 3 months. L Has family issues that affect his life. Lawsuits is being files against him and lab. Bridge not friend long enough.

About Front Desk: The office manager is truth worthy and would lie for him. Not to mention,,she is very tricky and lied about our conversation which was all recorded.

About Hygienist: The last 3 cleanings the dentist never came into the room to check my teeth at all. I believe it's because he knew he had install my new bridge poorly. ne bridge lasted 25 years no problem this one lest then 3 months.

Best Dentist I have ever been to....really great guy with a very caring staff.....went way above and beyond

I have been a happy and satisfied patient of Dr. Ferguson and his staff for over 20 years now. I was there today for preparation for a crown on an upper molar, (my second) and the experience was just as upbeat and pleasurable as ever. Dr. Bob and his staff were great and made me feel at ease. Despite the expense of a new crown and me not having dental insurance anymore, I am still so happy with their level of expertise, professionalism and gentle, calming attitude. As an established patient, I was able to split the cost into multiple payments. Dr. Bob was even on-call during the holiday when I had the problem with this tooth, and I appreciated his patience and advice for a temporary remedy til I could set up an appointment. I called the very next week and they fit me in right away. If you have any fears about going to the dentist, or if you're in search of an expert, gentle dental professional, please give Dr. Ferguson a try. I've been with him all these years and will continue to see him til the day he retires (which hopefully won't be too soon!). Mike Konstan - Apopka, FL

About Hygienist: My hygienist for the crown prep work was Wanda, who was wonderful. She was gentle and thorough as well, and got my temporary crown to fit perfectly the first time. I'll be back in a few weeks for the permanent crown and a cleaning appointment. All the girls there in Dr. Ferguson's office are a joy to work with. They make a great team and several have been with Dr. Bob for many years.

I have used "Dr.Bob" for over 20 years and he is the nicest, most gentle dentist you could ever hope to go to. His staff is professional and very competent. He is not a participant in my insurance group but I gladly pay the extra cost to get his treatment. I would recommend him to anybody(already got my mother using him). He is especially good for us chickens!
