I have gone to Dr Walters for several years and I stopped going a few years ago b/c I didn't like the way Dr. Walters talked down to me and she made several inappropriate comments she should have kept to herself pertaining to my jewelry. However, I will say this - Dr. Walters and her team are the best dentistry in the area.

About Front Desk: Dr Walters's receptionist, Priscilla seems to take after her boss b/c she is very rude as well. I called to ask a few questions and this lady was very short, act like she had something better that she needs to do, and just want to quickly get off the phone etc.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED.

About Hygienist: All of the hygienists are very nice surprisingly and they do a VERY good job at cleaning your teeth.

Dr. Walters is a wonderful, compassionate dentist that is dedicated to her patients. Dr. Walters stands behind her work. My family has tried other Dentists and always comes back to Dr. Walters.

I have seen Dr. Walters since childhood - when I moved away from Orlando after college I tried a couple other dentists in my new hometown only to realize that she was the only dentist I could trust for high quality, reasonably priced, professional care. I drove three hours to see her for some work I needed last week and will be going back in a month for her to restore the composite bonding on my front teeth that she originally did eleven years ago -- it has held up wonderfully and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Walters listens to you and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Twice, when I was younger, she met me at her office on the weekend when I chipped my teeth -- very few others would take their personal time on the weekend rather than making you wait until Monday morning to call for an appointment. I couldn't recommend Dr. Walters and her staff more highly.

About Hygienist: Every staff member I have ever encountered there has been professional and kind. They remember each patient and go out of their way to make you comfortable and to work with your schedule. Veronica, now the office manager but previously a hygienist, is the absolute best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for at least 15 years and have always received excellent service. She is caring, concerned and her expertise is excellent. She has performed routine dental evaluations, crowns, fillings, and has always given me excellent referrals.

About Hygienist: Jackie, 15 years, gentle, thorough and extremely professional.
