Was not upfront and honest with me about insurance coverage.
When I was waiting for an appointment, a woman came out and was discussing the cost of further treatment with the staff at the desk. The cost was many thousands of dollars! They were trying to sell her a credit plan to get the work done. She left without making another appt. and was very unhappy with them. Then when I went in, the dentist attended a 1st time client who just got there while keeping me (long-time client) waiting. I was taking time off work to be there. Luring in the new $ was more important that good service.

All about the money. High charges compared to other dentists.

She was great with me. I don't think I could have asked for more. The stress I had was because of me. She explained everything to me. I wish I knew it would be so easy before that. I would have done it years ago.

Dr. Bloor is such a sweet person and an extremely professional and meticulous doctor. The staff is always patient. I recommend her wholeheartedly, without reservation.

The most wonderful, patient, understanding ,and caring dentist and dental staff I have ever encountered! I am the worst patient - very scared even to have my teeth cleaned - I have been treated with the utmost kindness and they have always done an abosolute wonderful job with everything I have ever had done including extractions, cleaning, and cosmetic. Dr. Bloor always calls afterwards to make sure I am donig well. I could not in a zillion years find a better dentist!
