I highly recommend anyone to Dr Hailey. I have been a satisfied patient for over 15 years and she has taken care of my dental needs like a sister. I have never been to a dentist that was so kind and caring in my life. Dr Hailey is the only dentist that calls after a procedure to make sure I'm alright. Her costs are fair and she works with me as I'm a senior on a fixed income. Her facilities are state of the art, warm and welcoming. She always has a smile and great personality. I drive over two hours to see her because I refuse to change dentists. I absolutely love her. She gets 10 stars out of 5 .
About Front Desk: Front desk personnel are helpful friendly and kind. Never a problem with scheduling and explaining a procedure. Billing problems are resolved immediately. They make the most out of my insurance.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I’m begging you! Unless you and your teeth like to suffer in pain. They do not care about you or your teeth. They only care about your money. They have no experience what so ever. I looked back at my insurance record… And they charged me for two extra teeth they never even did! I paid them all the money full ($24,820.) For a job that’s not done. I told them to give me my money back for my dissatisfaction with their work. And now they want me to go back for them to “fix” my teeth. Now tell me would you like to go back to a dentist that ruined your teeth?

drilled into sinus cavity doing root canals-creating infections and 20+ rounds of antibotics--small blue caps on front teeth-gums turned black with multiple infections-thought I was going to die-Left her to get relief from many specialists to correct damage and clear up infections-Have all records from specialists for corrective work-$$$Thousands spent repairing damage and two more years of my life.
Ruined my mouth--Spent thousands on teeth, gum repair, root canals--lost teeth because of her--two years of my life going to specialists and thousands of dollars later to be out of pain, infections, corrective surgery and crowns.

Dr. Hailey was Wonderful! I would highly advise anyone seeking dental treatment to visit her office. She has a warm and caring manner and her staff is very professional. Her office is real nice and up to date as well as neat and clean. My husband and I both had great visits and will continue to advise our friends and family to use her.

Dr. Hailey is an experienced dentist and does everything in her office it is a one stop shop in most cases and she is a caring lovely doctor.

she tried to save one of my back left jaw teeth. i paid her over $20,000 to fix it and several others. that specific tooth swelled up and was excruciatingly painful twice. i went in to see dr hailey three times just on that specific tooth. finally on the third time she pulled it and is now trying to charge me for doing so even though shes overcharged for the shoddy work she did for me already. terrible.

Dr. Hailey is a wonderful cosmetic dentist. I met her over 6 years ago. In years past, I have not had great experiences with having dental work. Previously before meeting Dr. Hailey, I had had a procedure done that didn't go well. When she came on the scene, she told me that she would take care of me. She has been true to her word and has given me back my smile and confidence. She is an angel. I live quite a distance away from her offices. It's totally worth every mile I travel. I highly recommend her to anyone.
