Awful experience Make sure you see the device you're going to have to wear for the rest of your life before you lay down $3,400. I was unable to wear it because it was so cumbersome so instead of giving me another option, Dr. Patel simply "dissolved" our patient/Dr. relationship and he refunded all but $800. Sounds nice of him but $800 is a lot of money to be in more pain than when I visited him to begin with and he even charged me $85 for the last visit where he saw me for 30 seconds just to tell me 'so long'.

I am the most afraid of dentist person I know. I have been tortured tramatized and in tears for 25 years with my now ex-dentist. Dr. Patel was just amazing. I suffered 2 weeks of pain because I needed a root canal. I luckly found him at duluth family dentistry. I will never be afraid to have work done again. he was so gentle and quick and painless, I walked out with a smile and a new dentist . highly recommended by me, the never afraid to go to the dentist again person.
