Dr Gamboa is fantastic! I've always hated going to the Dentist, but, he really makes the experience much more pleasant. Not only is he honest, but, downright friendly. The entire staff there is wonderful.
I also love the fact that he is the one who always cleans my teeth - not the hygienist! I've never had a Dentist like that in my life!!!
Thank you Dr Gamboa! I recommend you all the time!

Dr. Gamboa is friendly and quick. I've only gone to him for cleanings and one filling. Great customer service. Office is clean. No high tech machines enlarging the insides of your mouth and teeth, but he gets the job done.

He's great. Relaxed, but professional and competent. Also, he saved me thousands of dollars from needless procedures a different dentist had recommended.

I highly recommend Dr. Gamboa. He is thorough, attentive and honest. I have been to the California dentists who want to sell you on all the "cosmetic dentistry" (and my teeth are nice!). Dr. Gamboa's office is not flashy, but serviceable and that is apparent in his cost structure - he is very reasonable. He is not trying to sell you everything, he just promotes strong oral hygiene habits. He is very accommodating and current with dental techniques. Also a bonus-- he is very personable and has a great sense of humor. I have been seeing him for about 4+ years and have had three fillings and all maintenance done by him.

Very nice front desk staff! Provided good information regarding Q. Is Bruxism the Same as Clenching and Grinding the Teeth?
A. Yes, when done unconsciously these are just different names for the same problem. Bruxism is the habit, usually unconscious, of grinding and/or clenching of the teeth while sleeping or awake. Many individuals who brux are not aware that they have the habit of grinding and clenching so they do not seek help or protection for the condition. Sometimes while sleeping the grinding can be loud enough to wake a sleeping partner and in so doing bring attention to the problem for the first time. Tooth damage and discomfort may become quite advanced before a sufferer becomes aware that they have the brux habit.
Excessive grinding/clenching of the teeth can be extremely damaging. Failure of dental restorations, temperature sensitivity, breakage of teeth and gum recession are just some of the common problems associated with the clenching grinding habit known as bruxism. Jaw joint and muscle pain can also occur and in extreme cases lead to TMJ/TMD (temporal mandibular disorder).
What causes bruxism?
The cause of bruxism remains unclear. Sleep disorders involving disrupted sleep patterns, mis-aligned tee
