I would highly recommend Dr. Godfrey! I recently had a dental emergency and couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Dr. Godfrey always goes out of his way to explain my options and make it as painless as possible. His office staff is very nice and professional. He even called me later that day to check on me.

Dr. Godfrey did a quick and thorough job of fixing 6 cavities after a 2 year hiatus from my last dental appointment. He also helped me get a custom-fitted nightguard for my grinding and TMJ problems. He's a perfectionist, but in a good way!
Overall, a good, solid general dentist whose office staff is polite & helpful, and who knows his stuff. His wife runs the front desk, and calls are either answered or returned promptly; she's also pretty helpful with insurance information. He did a great job of making sure I was numbed up during my fillings, though I was sore for a couple of days afterwards. He's friendly, and makes an effort to get to know all his patients. If you need basic general dentistry, health advice and fillings, I'd recommend him.
About Hygienist: Cleaning took about 30 minutes, and was one of the most thorough, yet gentle cleanings I've had. I had some minor receding gum problems, and teeth sensitivity; she made a point of mentioning these to Dr. Godfrey so he'd be aware during his exam of my teeth. I'd go back, and ask for the same hygienist again.

Dr Godfrey and staff are very cool. I feel like they are my personal friends. You can chat with the staff and no one is stuffy. Everyone is nice which is rare in a dentist office.

Dr. Godfrey's office is of the most professional and friendly that I have ever been to. I am 110% satisfied with his service over the past several years. Not only is he efficient, Dr. Godfrey is also caring and has an incredible abilty to make his patients feel comfortable. His staff are top notch.....especially the front ofice coordinator who is quick to make any accomadations. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in the atlanta area!!!
