Very disappointed.. This was my first time using a Tricare ins and this Dr. was close to home. After a check up, dental cleaning I was still in pain and when she could not identify the problem , she refeered me to another Dr. she never meet or had any feed back on this Dr. Not reassuring at all. She the Dr. seemed cold and uncaring.. I have never been to a dentist who never called me to see how I was doing especially because I was in so much pain This has been a year and 4 dentist later to find out I have TMJ. My rule of thumb is if i do net get a curtisey call the next day from a health professional i never return..

About Front Desk: THey disappointed me even more. Because husband was on deployment and i was going to travel that year I asked to get my bills thru my email. a request i made 3 times because I was not going to be in GA for almost an entire year. When I got my ins info it said i owed the Dr 185. I tried again to find out why and have them send my bill thru my email and instaed they sent me to a collection agency for the sun 185.. I still have yet to get the information why I owe them anything.. I would not deal with this office or staff again. E

About Hygienist: She was professional but when the Dr. was giving me a check they disagreed on what was best for me the ivisible braces where someone would collect commission and at the time I wanted to find out why I was having such pain. The cleaning was ok but with a TMJ and procedure is painful and sitting there listening to the staff and Dr. have an attitude does not work for me.

I initially went to see Dr. Green because her affiliate at the other office could not fit me in for an appointment. I was so impressed with her thoroughness and her attention to detail. I had 5 crowns done and was very pleased with the resultsr( she even ordered special swatches because my teeth are unusually white) . One of the crowns was a previously bonded front tooth. I was so nervous , but the crown is absolutely beautiful.. I get so many compliments on my teeth. I have 3 children and I have switched them to her office. She is really fantastic!
