Made and installed crown. It was all very pain free. He was extremely knowledgeable. Nice fellow with good manners and very personable. Nice facilities.

The view in the window is nice. The office was very cluttered and the doctor pretty much talked the whole time I was in the office about his personal life. He even took me into his office to look at pictures very uncomfortable. He just yapped yapped yapped yapped the whole time a simple cleaning turned into an hour and a half of my time.
About Front Desk: Very sweet. She is very pleasant. I was able to be scheduled within the 24 hours of calling. She was apologizing for the dentist arriving more than 15 minutes late she even offered me coffee.

Have only been to him once, but he seemed very up front and honest. His staff was polite and didn't keep me waiting very long.

When I arrived at Dr. Harden's office, it was not very personable. The lobby receptionist is closed off to you and she didn't acknowledge that I was there for a while. Once I got past the lobby, the dental chair area is cluttered with trinket type collectables which takes away from a feeling of cleanliness and professionalism. Dr. Harden is very friendly, but not thorough. He poked around my teeth for about 10 minutues, spot cleaned, and sent me on my way in 15 mins. I feel like his preventative cleanings really don't do much. It might take serious dental damage for him to notice and take action.
About Hygienist: I don't even know why Dr. Harden has a hygenist. She never said much and never even touched my mouth.

I am not happy at all with my crowns. I have had a second opinion from a very well known Atlanta dentist, and he was stunned at the lack of skill. My gumline looks like I was in a car accident and it has been over 4 months. The crown does not fit, it is low and it is bulky. When I finally went in after a month of excrutiating pain, I was charged for the visit. Needless to say, that was very unprofessional. I am now having to replace my top crown at my cost at my new dentist (who happened to be in my family for over a decade). Just be careful. I think if you go here for a pleasant atmosphere and a good cleaning, then it is fine. But I would go elsewhere for cosmetic. .
