Being that she deals with a lot of persons living with mental and/or physical challenges, it is important to talk with them and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Her chair-side manners need a lot of improvement. She also does not open up enough to the already stressed out parents. If all you want is good work and you are not concerned about customer service, she can work for you. Her office staff are nice enough.
